I love lables - these are botanical images done for a project last year - would like to take them a stage further into textiles and made in jute since it's a Dundee thing.

My work is varied since I like to try bits of everything

Sari silks  for fine art project wallhanging - must try making a scarf - if I get any free time - my head is bursting with ideas

REVISITING DUNDEE - THE CITY WAS FAMOUS FOR THE 3 J'S - JUTE, JAM, JOURNALISM
The jute barons in the early to mid 19th century had a great influence on the arts and architecture - which brings me to the McManus Art Galleries and Museum which now houses artwork by scottish colourist Francis Cadell. The gallery is named after the lord provost who lived acress the road from me lovely man
